Homewares Shipping
Homeware deliveries we use trusted local carriers, the charges cover drop off only.
Orders under $150 incur a flat rate charge of $15 within Australia. Orders over $150 is complimentary with Australia.
Furniture Shipping
Bulky items such as S.NX turned timber stools and rugs will incur a flat rate charge of $120 per item within Australia. We offer an in-house Local Delivery service for Melbourne metro customers to ground floor. Our team is on the road Monday to Wednesday, dropping off orders within 20km of our Coburg warehouse.
For our furniture, the freight charge covers a single delivery to ground level, easy access during normal weekday delivery hours. We do ask that someone is onsite to check and sign for all furniture deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.In regards to furniture, rugs or Special Orders we will email you as soon as we have any updates. Once ready we will make contact to arrange delivery.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Pease contact us immediately. Damaged orders must be documented with photographs and sent to info@studionikco.com.au within the day of accepting delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods.
Missing or lost orders must be notified to info@studionikco.com.au within 7 days of expected delivery date within Australia and 14 days outside of Australia.
