Carl Auböck model #5275-2 ’Zumbusch Hand’ paperweight. Designed in the 1950s, an elegant heavy solid brass piece handmade by Werkstätte Carl Auböck, Austria.
The Viennese workshop of Carl Auböck, exists now for over 120 years and for four generations. Currently produced by Carl Auböck IV in the original Auböck Werkstätte in the 7th district of Vienna using the same exacting standards, high-quality materials, original moulds and techniques of his legendary grandfather remains among the last of it’s kind. The archive today includes more than 4,500 designs.
Please note each piece is handmade. Imperfections on the surface reflect the handmade nature and should not be considered defects.
Solid Polished Brass
