WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

All orders are processed within 24 hours for in-stock items, and are shipped out Monday – Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

STUDIO NIKCO offers exchanges or a credit note for all full priced items if returned within 14 days of purchase after receiving your online order. STUDIO NIKCO does not offer refunds for change of mind, we ask that you choose carefully. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased. To return goods, first contact info@studionikco.com.au

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

In the rare event an ordered item is out of stock, STUDIO NIKCO will make contact directly to advise further information on expected delivery dates or alternative options. 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer a selection of options, VISA, MASTERCARD, EFT and Stripe. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your homeware order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. In regards to larger furniture, rugs or Special Orders we will email you as soon as we have any updates. Once ready we will make contact to arrange delivery. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Pease contact us immediately. Damaged orders must be documented with photographs and sent to info@studionikco.com.au within the day of accepting delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

Missing or lost orders must be notified to info@studionikco.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date within Australia. Please note deliveries to New Zealand may take longer to arrive.

DO YOU WORK WITH TRADE CLIENTS?

At Studio Nikco, we work directly with trade and commercial clients to integrate our homeware and furniture, into your residential and commercial projects. By partnering with Studio Nikco, you have access to our unique curation with the ability to special order and commission bespoke pieces in partnership with our artisans and makers for both large and small endeavours.

WHAT IS A SPECIAL ORDER?

Quantities of one or more items from our standard offering if out of stock, along with bespoke pieces made for you personally. In partnership with our artisans and makers we can procure a selection of products that may not as yet be part of our current offering. Please feel free to make contact with us to discuss this further info@studionikco.com.au 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER & WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR A SPECIAL ORDER?

Please choose carefully, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. CAN I AMEND AN ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Please contact us immediately if your order requires any changes. Unfortunately, changes after an item has been processed and/or shipped may not be possible or will incur additional charges.

WHAT DOES YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE INCLUDE?

For homeware deliveries we use trusted local carriers, the charges cover drop off only. For our furniture, the freight charge covers a single delivery to ground level, easy access during normal weekday delivery hours. We do ask that someone is onsite to check and sign for all furniture deliveries. 

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Orders under $150 will incur a flat rate charge of $15 within Australia. 

For homeware orders over $150, delivery is complimentary within Australia (Excludes delivery cost). 

Bulky items such as S. NX turned timber stools and rugs will incur a flat rate charge of $120 per item within Australia. We offer an in-house local delivery service for Melbourne metro customers to ground floor. Our team is on the road Monday to Wednesday, dropping off orders within 25km of our Coburg warehouse.

 

Is it possible to pick up my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately we cannot facilitate pickups from our warehouse at this stage.
